Aysha Tezgel

Aysha Tezgel has a diverse and extensive work experience. Aysha started their career as an Analytics Intern at Bloomberg in 2004. Aysha then worked for Merrill Lynch in their Global Wealth Management division, where they focused on managing portfolios and trades for Middle Eastern Ultra High Worth clients. In 2008, they worked as an Analyst at both Adsatis Limited and Cass Business School, accumulating and analyzing econometric data and assisting in research. From 2010 to 2015, Aysha worked at Moore Stephens as an Audit Senior and later in Corporate Finance, providing audit and assurance services to a range of clients and managing projects in transactional services and lead advisory. Aysha then joined AECOM, where they held various roles, including Senior Auditor, Senior Consultant in Transaction Advisory, and Associate. Their responsibilities involved financial assessment, due diligence, financial modeling, and economic advisory for real estate and infrastructure investments. Aysha also served as an Associate Director at the Infrastructure and Projects Authority, providing commercial advice and creating industry best-practice guidance for PFI projects. Currently, Aysha is working as a Vice President in PFI/PPP Portfolio Management at NIBC Bank. In addition to these positions, they have been an active member of the IPFA Future Leaders Network since 2020.

Aysha Tezgel has a BSc in Banking and International Finance from Cass Business School, which they obtained from 2007 to 2010. Aysha later pursued the ACA Qualified degree in accountancy, finance, and business from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, completing it from 2010 to 2013.
