Hans Nagtegaal

Hans Nagtegaal has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Hans began their career at the Department of Defence as a sergeant in 1990, before transitioning to the banking sector. Hans worked as a Senior Account Manager at Generale Bank from 1991 to 1996, and then continued their banking career at Rabobank, where they held the position of Senior Account Manager until 1998. From 1998 to 2012, Hans worked at NIBC Bank, first as a Senior Account Manager, then as an Associate Director for distressed assets, and later as the Head of Agency. In 2013, they returned to NIBC Bank as the Director at Distressed Assets and eventually became the Head of Credit Risk Management in 2018.

Hans Nagtegaal attended the Rotterdamsch Lyceum from 1977 to 1982. Hans then pursued a degree in Law from Leiden University from 1982 to 1989.
