Cody Huffines

Cody Huffines is Vice President and Chief Information Officer of NIBCO INC. located in Elkhart, Indiana. In this role, Huffines is responsible for leadership, planning, and management for all areas of information technology strategy, development, and implementation. He brings more than 15 years of technology leadership and executive management experience to NIBCO, ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Huffines also brings deep experience on the front lines of the business, having worked across numerous manufacturing, logistics, and finance functions.

Huffines comes to NIBCO from Herman Miller where he served as Vice President of Global IT Infrastructure providing strategic direction and management for the company's worldwide IT infrastructure. Prior to Herman Miller, Huffines held numerous leadership roles at Whirlpool Corporation, Diageo, Xansa Consulting, and the United States Navy.

Having led efforts to upgrade global information and technology platforms, he is passionate about the role of innovation and alignment to their business strategy to drive enhanced experiences for all employees and their customers.

Huffines holds a bachelor’s degree in production and operations management from the University of Texas, Arlington, Texas, and a master’s in business administration from the University of Notre Dame, Notre Dame, Indiana.
