Csongor Márk Horváth has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Csongor Márk began their career in 2009 with an internship at the University Bremen, Institute of Automation. In 2013, they worked as a 3D R&D Project Manager at the Biotech Lab of Óbuda University. From 2014 to 2020, they served as a Research and Development Engineer at PPM AS, a small high-tech company specializing in industrial automation. During this time, they were involved in industrial projects and conducted research and development as part of an Industrial Ph.D. program. In 2020, they joined the NIBIO Norwegian Institute of Bioeconomy Research, first as a Postdoctoral Researcher until 2022, and currently as a Research Scientist. In their current role, they focus on ground-level sensor systems for the forest industry and applies emerging technologies to support forest management and operations.
Csongor Márk Horváth has a strong academic background in mechatronics, robotics, and automation engineering. Csongor Márk first pursued a Bachelor's degree in this field from Budapest University of Technology and Economics, which they completed from 2007 to 2012. Building upon this foundation, they then obtained a Master's degree in the same subject area from the same university between 2012 and 2017. Recognizing their passion for research and advanced study, Csongor continued their education at Budapest University of Technology and Economics and pursued a Doctor of Philosophy degree, specializing in mechatronics, robotics, and automation engineering with a focus on welding modeling. Csongor Márk successfully completed their PhD program from 2015 to 2021. Overall, they have continually expanded their knowledge and expertise in the field through their academic pursuits.
