Dominika Krzeminska (Pradzynska)

Dominika Krzeminska (Pradzynska) has a diverse work experience in the field of research and environmental engineering. Dominika started their career as a Young Researcher at the Technical University of Crete in 2004. Dominika then worked as a Researcher at the Free University of Brussels in the Hydrology Department in 2006. The same year, they joined MOSTOSTAL Warszawa as an R&D Engineer, where they were responsible for preparing reports and documentation related to environmental engineering and managing research projects. In 2007, they became a Guest Researcher at TU Delft, where they conducted in-situ monitoring of hydrological systems within landslides and investigated preferential flow using hydrological and hydrochemical methods. Dominika continued their research at TU Delft as a PhD Researcher from 2007 to 2011, focusing on landslides hydrology, preferential flow, and monitoring and modeling. Following their PhD, they worked part-time as an EHS specialist at P.H.U. SAWAK, where they prepared EHS documentations and conducted training. Currently, they are working as a Researcher at NIBIO Norwegian Institute of Bioeconomy Research since 2015.

Dominika Krzeminska (Pradzynska) has an extensive education history in the field of environmental engineering, hydrology, and water management. Dominika obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree from Warsaw University of Technology between 1998 and 2003. During this time, they specialized in environmental engineering, hydrology, and water management.

After completing their Bachelor's degree, Dominika pursued a post-graduation program in Environmental Health and Safety Systems from the Warsaw University of Technology. This program lasted from 2002 to 2003 and provided their with specialized knowledge and skills in maintaining and enhancing the health and safety of the environment.

To further enhance their expertise in hydrology, Dominika pursued a PhD in Hydrology from Delft University of Technology. Dominika spent five years from 2007 to 2012 conducting research and completing their doctoral studies at this renowned institution.

In addition to their formal education, Dominika has also obtained multiple certifications to expand their knowledge and skills. Dominika holds a "Certificate of Completion - Nature-based Solution for Disaster and Climate Resilience" from the UN Environment Programme, obtained in May 2021. Dominika also obtained a "Certificate of participation - Impact of E.C Funded Research" from the European Academy in April 2021.

Dominika has also completed a research management program called "PRIMUS" offered by Primærnæringsinstituttenes: Veterninærinstituttet, Ruralis, NIBIO, Nofima. Dominika received this certification in December 2018, further demonstrating their commitment to enhancing their research skills and knowledge.

Lastly, Dominika obtained the "EHS Specialist" certification from Warsaw University of Technology in June 2003. This certification signifies their expertise in Environmental Health and Safety, which complements their educational background and research focus.
