Tamara Dukes

Tamara Dukes has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Tamara'smost recent positions include serving as VP of Strategy & Growth at Tyler Technologies and VP of Partnership Solutions at NIC Inc. Prior to these roles, they worked at Novitex Enterprise Solutions as Director of Client Engagement, National Enterprise Manager. In this position, Tamara managed three of Novitex's largest accounts in the financial services sector and was responsible for relationship building, revenue growth, project leadership, and issue resolution. Before Novitex, Tamara held the position of SVP of Strategic Government Alliances at Imagitas, where they managed a $150M strategic alliance with the United States Postal Service and oversaw partner relationships in other advertising-funded businesses. Tamara also has experience as a Regional Manager at NIC, Inc, President/CEO at New England Interactive, and Director of Marketing at Iowa Interactive and Indiana Interactive.

Tamara Dukes attended Northampton High School in Northampton, MA from 1977 to 1980. After completing high school, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication at Wheaton College from 1980 to 1984.
