Herb Baer

Herb Baer is currently the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Sales and Marketing for the Consumer Products Division at Nice-Pak Products, Inc. Herb has previously held key roles at companies such as Polar Electro Oy, Water-Jel Technologies, and Fujifilm USA with responsibilities ranging from P&L management to sales and marketing strategies. Baer has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics-Marketing and Human Kinetics from Rutgers University and a Masters in Sports Management from Adelphi University.
