Rui Costa

Rui Costa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in mobile app user experience and video streaming solutions. As CEO and Co-Founder of Codavel since April 2018, Rui focuses on enhancing user satisfaction across various network conditions. Currently serving as Lead Advisor for Delivery Solutions at NPAW since July 2023, Rui leads initiatives on multi-CDN management for video streaming. Prior to these roles, Rui was CEO and Co-Founder of Streambolico and held a PhD from Universidade do Porto, where research focused on network coding for wireless systems. Rui has taught at several institutions, including ISEP and ISCS-N, and completed advanced studies in telecommunications at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
