Adam Mundy

Adam Mundy is an experienced professional in account management and business development, currently serving as the Account Director for Outsourcing at NICE Ltd since May 2021, leading initiatives in BPO, contact centre transformation, and AI solutions. Prior to this role, Adam held the position of Account Manager for Public Sector and Research & Education at Ciena, where technology solutions were leveraged to empower public sector organizations. Adam's experience also includes significant roles at Vodafone UK, managing accounts for the Public Sector and working on consumer products aimed at enhancing customer experience.
