Barry Cooper is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in product strategy, customer engagement, and operational leadership. Currently serving as President of the NICE CX Division at NICE Ltd since March 2011, Barry oversees product management and innovation for Workforce Engagement & Customer Experience Solutions. Prior roles include Chief Operating Officer, where responsibilities encompassed customer success and operational efficiency, and Executive Vice President for Global Services & Cloud, focusing on global strategy and customer satisfaction. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Comverse Technology and CSG International, as well as management consulting in Namibia. Barry holds a BS in Mathematics and Computer Science from The University of Salford.
