Nicole Grothe Mba

Nicole Grothe has extensive work experience in project and program management roles. Nicole is currently working at NICE as a Lead Program Manager, where they are responsible for developing and implementing new programs within the Information Security team. Nicole also leads technical and business teams to gather requirements and deliver enterprise-level software integrations. Prior to that, Nicole worked as a Program Manager at NICE, where they identified gaps and opportunities for improvement in various departments and managed high visibility program initiatives with the executive leadership team. Before joining NICE, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at Zions Bancorporation, where they facilitated the scrum process for two separate scrum teams. Nicole also has experience as a Project Manager at Merrick Bank, where they managed multiple projects simultaneously, including IT and development projects. Nicole's earlier experience includes a role as a Program Manager at Special Care Corporation, where they managed a medical stabilization program within a hospital, and as a Professional Relations, Events and Social Media manager at Salt Lake Behavioral Health. Additionally, they worked at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as a Program Support Assistant and Pharmacy Technician, overseeing health maintenance programs and maintaining employee files. Nicole also has experience as a Pharmacy Technician at Walmart and as a Legislative Intern at the Utah State Legislature.

Nicole Grothe has obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Phoenix. Nicole attended the university from 2012 to 2014, focusing on Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to their MBA, Nicole earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Political Science and Government from Weber State University. Nicole completed their undergraduate studies at Weber State University from 2004 to 2008.

In addition to their academic achievements, Nicole has also obtained several certifications related to project management. Nicole is a Project Management Professional (PMP), holding a certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in May 2022. Furthermore, they have completed a certification program called "Become an Agile Project Manager" from LinkedIn in June 2021.
