Ken Bonney is currently the Director of Support at Niche Academy. Prior to this, they were the Director of Sales at EOS International from November 2013 to November 2020. Ken was responsible for leading a global sales team of library consultants and achieved 20% growth in new name sales in 2016 and 15% in 2014. Ken was also a part of the Presidents Club in 2014 and 2015. Prior to EOS International, Ken was the Sales Training Manager at SirsiDynix from July 1999 to November 2013 where they trained new field and inside sales reps on industry, product, and sales skills. Ken has also received training and developed curriculum in Solution Selling, The Challenger Sales, Negotiations, Public Speaking, Demoing, Time Management, Leadership, Mentoring, Dealing with Difficult People, Working with Millennial and Personal Effectiveness. Ken also has experience as an educator and was the Director of Continual Education at Stevens-Henager College from January 1998 to January 2000 and Communications Instructor at Brigham Young University from September 1996 to July 1999. Ken started their career as a Supervisor of Organizational Sales at FranklinCovey from August 1996 to May 1999.
Ken Bonney has a post-graduate degree in business leadership from the University of California, Los Angeles, as well as a post-graduate degree in counseling from Liberty University. Ken also has a MA in organizational communication from Brigham Young University, and a BA in communications - journalism from Brigham Young University.
