Courtney Thomas

Courtney Thomas, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product operations and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Product Operations at Niche since May 2018, Courtney previously held roles as a Manager of Project Management and Software Development Project Manager, spearheading agile transformation and building high-performing teams. Prior experience includes a tenure at the University of Pittsburgh from January 2009 to April 2018 as an IT Project Manager & Business Analyst, leading diverse teams through complex development and migration projects. Courtney holds an MBA/MS-MIS in Finance and Information Systems, as well as a BSBA in Finance, both from the University of Pittsburgh.
