William Berti is a seasoned professional in the field of environmental sciences with extensive experience in regulatory and scientific affairs. Since November 2013, William has served as the Manager of Regulatory and Scientific Affairs at Nichino America, Inc. Prior to this role, William's career at DuPont spanned over two decades, where the responsibilities included being a Research Associate focused on environmental fate, a Group Technical Leader in Applied & Environmental Microbiology/Environmental Fate, and a Senior Research Biologist specializing in phytoremediation. William is a recognized expert in environmental fate regarding R&D and regulatory requirements and has led significant projects, including the use of biochar for soil mercury sequestration. William holds a Ph.D. in Crop and Soil Sciences with a focus on Environmental Toxicology from Michigan State University, along with a Master's in Soil Science and Agronomy from Penn State University and a Bachelor's in Biology from the University of Pittsburgh.
