Shannon Susman

Shannon Susman has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Shannon is currently the Director of Learning and Development at Nicholas Financial Inc., where they focus on building and designing cohesive training programs, conducting needs assessments, and implementing strategic plans for learning and development.

Prior to their current role, Shannon worked at Dycom Industries, Inc. as an HR Training Manager. In this position, they assessed training needs, designed and standardized training curricula, and identified skill gaps based on business needs.

Further back in their career, Shannon worked at AT&T Mobility in various roles, including Retail Data Manager, Regional Training Manager, Training Delivery Specialist, and Retail Sales Manager. In these positions, they managed the development and deployment of call center employees, earned recognition for exceeding training requirements, and supported a large employee base.

Shannon Susman graduated from Radford University in 1995 with a degree in Communications, focusing on Business. In addition to their degree, Shannon has obtained several certifications throughout their career, such as Instructor Competencies in January 2002, Mastering the Art of Instructor-Led Training in August 2001, Training Director Workshop in May 2000, Georgia Industrial Loan Association - GILA in July 1999, and Sequence of Management for Sales Operations in July 1998.
