Amahl Williams

Williams is currently a trustee at Nichols College. Prior to that, they were the director at SYKES Digital Services from September 2020 to August 2021. During their time at SYKES, Williams was focused on automation, self-service, insight, analytics and digital learning.

Williams has a long history of working in customer service and customer experience. Before joining SYKES, they worked at a number of different companies in similar roles. These roles have included managing teams of customer service agents, developing new customer service channels, and implementing customer experience analytics solutions.
