Mike Kirk

Mike Kirk has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Mike is currently the Global Sales Director at Nichols Portland. Previously, they worked at Novares Group as the Director of Business Development for the Americas Business Unit, where they were responsible for key accounts such as Ford, GM, FCA, and Tesla. Before that, they held various roles at GKN Driveline, including Regional Sales Director and Director of Sales and Marketing. At GKN Driveline, they managed teams, developed and implemented standard work, and led cost reduction initiatives. Prior to GKN Driveline, Mike worked at Guardian Industries Corp. as a Senior Account Manager, at GKN Sinter Metals as an Account Manager, and at Barnes Group Inc. as an Account Executive and Engineering Manager. Mike began their career at Ford Motor Company as a Manufacturing Engineer.

Mike Kirk has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan. Mike also holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management (MSEM) from the University of Michigan - Rackham Graduate School. Additionally, Mike has a certification from the Center for Powder Metallurgy Technology (CMPT) as a member of the Board of Trustees, which they obtained in November 2021.
