Mina Viola

Mina Viola, CAHRI has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Mina is currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Nick Auditore Represents Pty Ltd since June 2021. Prior to this, Mina worked as a Human Resources Generalist at various companies from April 2019 to June 2021. Mina also held the position of Lead People & Culture Business Partner at Victoria University from July 2014 to December 2016. Mina's earlier roles include National Human Resources Manager, Senior Human Resources Consultant, Human Resources Advisor, Human Resources Officer, and Human Resources Administrator at Slater and Gordon Lawyers from 2001 to 2014.

Mina Viola, CAHRI completed their education from Victoria University from 1998 to 2001, obtaining a B.Bus (HRM) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management. In addition, they acquired a Certificate IV in Workplace and Business Coaching from Open Door Coaching in 2012, and they are currently pursuing DDI Facilitator Certification from DDI | Development Dimensions International, which will be completed in 2023.
