Pam Kaufman

President of Consumer Products & Chief Marketing Officer at Nickelodeon

Pam Kaufman is the current President of Consumer Products & Chief Marketing Officer at Nickelodeon. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Vice President, Marketing & Worldwide Partnerships | Consumer Insight Specialist from January 1997 to December 2007. In this role, Kaufman led a 35-person research team that distilled data and analyzed trends in consumer behavior. Pam also applied quantitative measurement tools to Nick TV channels and websites. In addition, Kaufman secured 6 promotional partnerships for the global launch of “The SpongeBob Movie,” which grossed >$100M.

From January 1993 to December 1997, Kaufman served as the Vice President, Promotions | Media and Marketing Expert at Turner Broadcasting System. In this role, they created the first licensed promotions team at Turner and secured partnerships for signature properties, including Flintstones, Scooby-Doo, the Jetsons, and Johnny Quest. Kaufman and their team generated incremental media returns in addition to licensing fees via promotional programs with advertisers such PepsiCo and Days Inn.

Pam Kaufman has a BA in Communications and a Doctor of Humane Letters from American University. Pam has worked in communication and political science.
