Dr. Venkatesan Renganaidu's work experience includes being a Professor and Director IQAC at the National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR) since July 2015. Prior to that, they served as the Director at EPMCR from October 2014 to June 2015. Dr.Venkatesan also worked at CCCL India Ltd as the Head - MDC (Sr.DGM) from April 2011 to September 2014. Before that, they held various positions at the Central Public Works Department, Govt. of India, including Executive Engineer from May 2006 to March 2011, Assistant Engineer from April 1991 to May 2006, and Junior Engineer from March 1982 to April 1991.

Dr. Venkatesan Renganaidu has a diverse and extensive education history. Dr.Venkatesan began their academic journey at the Government High School in Thirugokarnam, Pudukkottai, TN, where they completed their secondary education between 1975 and 1979. Following this, Dr. Renganaidu pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Civil Engineering at The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, graduating in 1988.

Driven by a passion for further education, Dr. Renganaidu went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in HR & Systems at the Thiyagaraja School of Management. Dr.Venkatesan successfully completed this program from 1997 to 2000. Building upon their knowledge and expertise, Dr. Renganaidu sought to specialize in Construction Personal Management and embarked on a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) program at the esteemed Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. Dr.Venkatesan dedicated six years to this endeavor, obtaining their Ph.D. in 2010.
