Laura Webb

Laura Webb is an experienced professional in process optimization and strategic management with a strong background in the media and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Director of Process Optimization at Nicola Wealth since July 2022, Laura has held senior managerial positions at Rogers Sports & Media from July 2019 to August 2022, where responsibilities included preparing operational reports and managing revenue growth initiatives for the Radio business. At Rogers Communications, Laura implemented strategic projects and introduced the Stage Gate Framework for product development. Earlier, at Capital One, leadership in operational design and application of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies marked significant contributions to high-priority projects. Laura holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Management in Global Management from Queen's University and a Master of Science in Management from Maastricht School of Management, accompanied by a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University.
