Stefano started their career in 1982 as the owner of a computer shop specializing in information technologies for education and school environments. In 2003, they became the CEO of Nicolis Project s.r.l, where they embody the values of love, commitment, and interconnectedness in their role. Additionally, from 2002 to 2016, they worked with Eldat Communications as a distributor and later became the Master Distributor for Pricer AB, serving important food companies and retail establishments. In 2016, Nicolis Project became the exclusive distributor for Hanshow Technology in Italy, providing end-to-end solutions for the retail industry. Throughout their career, Stefano Nicolis has demonstrated a passion for simplifying processes and embracing different perspectives.

Stefano Nicolis completed their education at the C. Anti - Villafranca di Verona from 1975 to 1980, earning a degree in accountancy. Additionally, they pursued a comprehensive course in searching the path titled "Love is the reason" at the School of Life and Universe from 1962 to 2028.
