Joyce Ng Yuan Wen has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2016, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at TDCX, assisting SMEs from the APAC region in social media advertising. Joyce then transitioned to a Training Executive role at TDCX, where they planned and scheduled administrative training needs. In 2021, Joyce joined World Courier as a Regional Learning & Performance Specialist, coordinating global and local training across the APAC region. Joyce also spearheaded initiatives to improve workflow and processes for the team. Later that year, they joined Optimum Solutions as a Learning Delivery Partner Onsite at Meta, responsible for coordinating training tasks and facilitating training sessions. Currently, Joyce is a Talent Development Consultant at Nicoll Curtin, partnering with business leaders to identify and address talent development needs aligned with Adobe's business goals.

Joyce Ng Yuan Wen completed their Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Oklahoma City University from 2014 to 2016. In 2017, they obtained a certificate of completion in Adobe Premier Pro from Ace Academy, specializing in Video Editing. Additionally, Joyce also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts majoring in Mass Communication from Oklahoma City University - Management Development Institute of Singapore from 2014 to 2016. Before entering university, they received their Secondary School diploma from Kian Kok Middle School, where they attended from 2008 to 2012.

In terms of additional certifications, Joyce acquired various skills and knowledge through online courses and assessments. These certifications include "Developing a Learning Mindset" and "Organizational Learning and Development" from LinkedIn, obtained in May 2021. In September 2020, they completed the course "How to Be a Good Mentee and Mentor" from LinkedIn. Joyce also obtained certifications in areas such as diversity, inclusion, communication, critical thinking, decision-making, emotional intelligence, and leadership through LinkedIn. Furthermore, they achieved the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 certification from The Japan Foundation in January 2018 and received an EFSET 74/100 (C2 Proficient) certification in English from EF Standard English Test (EF SET) in October 2017.
