Sabrina Tahier

Sabrina TAHIER has over 18 years of HR expertise, currently serving as the Group People, Culture, Organization, Process & Systems Director at NICOLS since October 2009, where responsibilities encompass the headquarters and operations in Poland and France, while also being a member of the Management Committee. Prior to that, Sabrina held various HR positions within NICOLS, including HR Manager West, overseeing HR initiatives and reporting for the French plant and headquarters, and HR Site Manager for the French industrial plant. Earlier experience includes an HR Manager role at Toyota Motor Europe from July 2005 to October 2009, focused on team recruitment and HR process implementation in a green field environment, collaborating closely with a Japanese team. Education includes a Master in Human Resources from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.
