Raghavendra Raikar

Raghavendra Raikar has extensive experience in maintenance and project management within the manufacturing sector, currently serving as Deputy Manager at Nicomet Industries Limited since 2010, focusing on the maintenance of copper, cobalt, and nickel production equipment. Prior to this role, Raghavendra worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Saint Gobain Gyproc India Ltd, where responsibilities included maintenance and retrofitting of gypsum plaster and board plants, achieving significant improvements in operational reliability. Raghavendra's earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Manager Plant at Associated Cement Companies Ltd, participating in the commissioning and stabilization of a fully automated cement plant. Raghavendra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Karnataka University, Dharwad.
