Dany Prieto is an experienced professional in the field of electrical engineering, currently serving as Responsable R&D Multi-physique at Leroy Somer since October 2011, overseeing multi-physical activities and new product developments. Prior roles at Leroy Somer included Responsable R&D Electrotechnique, where responsibilities included project coordination and doctoral thesis support, and Ingénieur R&D électrotechnique, focusing on the design and optimization of electric machines. Dany also held the position of Chef de projets d’innovation at Emotors, managing innovation projects for electric machine structures in automotive applications. Dany's early career involved work as an Ingénieur électricien at Hexa International SAC, evaluating and improving electricity network projects. Dany holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from CentraleSupélec, a Master’s degree from Polytech Nantes, and an engineering diploma from the National University of Engineering.
