Olivier Lagarde

Olivier Lagarde has a successful career in sales and management. Olivier currently works as the Sales Director France DRIVES & Variable Speed at Leroy-Somer NIDEC, where they have implemented internal and external reorganization, structured commercial development, and achieved profitability through the implementation and analysis of KPIs. Before their current role, they served as the Sales Director at Stoneridge, Inc., Electronics & Control Devices, where they restructured the sales department, developed the sales network, and increased turnover and profitability. Prior to that, they worked as the Sales Marketing & Export Manager at Aeva / Groupe Aece, where they established the sales department and an international distributors' network, and grew the French and international turnover. Olivier's career also includes experience as the Area Sales Director at OMIA Spraybooth, where they developed the sales network, regional sales, and Customs products, and as a Regional Salesman & Spanish sales manager at PPG Industries, where they expanded the sales network in Western France, increased regional turnover, and established a distribution network in Spain.
