Ralph Dupslaff

Ralph Dupslaff is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and organizational development within the power generation and equipment sectors. Currently serving as the Sales Manager for Electric Power Generation Americas at Leroy Somer since September 2016, Ralph previously held multiple roles at Ziegler Caterpillar over a nearly 20-year tenure, including Employee and Organizational Development Manager, Product Support Sales Manager, Senior Sales Engineer, Rental Manager, and Sales Engineer. Ralph holds an Associate’s Degree in Airframe Mechanics and Aircraft Maintenance Technology/Technician from Minneapolis College and also received business education from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business.
