Willy Dadou

Willy Dadou is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in project and product management, particularly within the elevator industry. Currently serving as Product & Project Manager for Leroy-Somer since November 2013, Willy has been responsible for the development and industrialization of new elevator motor ranges, as well as overseeing quality certification processes and technical methodologies. Previous roles include Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Industrial Mechanic, where projects ranged from safety brake production transfer to chimney renovations. Willy's academic background includes a Master of Science in Advanced Manufacturing Technology from the University of Portsmouth and a Mechanical Engineering degree from Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Saint-Etienne. Additional expertise includes participation in national projects focused on sustainable manufacturing practices and innovative technologies.
