Addison Tao

Addison Tao is an experienced Talent Acquisition leader currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa at Nielsen since September 2018. In this role, Addison leads talent acquisition initiatives across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with business needs. Previous positions include Director of Talent Acquisition in both China and the Nielsen Recruitment Center for Asia Pacific, as well as leading Culture & People strategies for Woolworths Group's operations in Greater China. Prior experience includes serving as Head of HR for Jebsen Industrial in Greater China and HR Manager for FedEx's Asia Pacific Shared Services. Addison holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Statistics and Mathematics from the University of Toronto.
