Swadhin Jaiswal

Swadhin Jaiswal is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and management across various prominent companies. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Engineering at Nielsen since May 2024, Swadhin oversees a team of approximately 200 engineers, emphasizing innovations in audience measurement. Previously, as Head of Engineering and CTO at BYJU'S, Swadhin led the technology efforts for major educational initiatives. Experience includes a senior role at Oracle, where a strong team was built for cloud infrastructure, and as Head of Engineering at ClearTax, managing GST reconciliation processes. As a co-founder and CTO of Vprep, an ed-tech startup, Swadhin achieved rapid growth, while earlier positions at Swiggy, Flipkart, and Yahoo underlined a strong background in software development and system architecture. Swadhin holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology.
