Lidia Kopchuk

Lidia Kopchuk is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in Human Resources management spanning over two decades. Currently, Lidia serves as the Director of Human Resources Business Partner for Operations & Technology at NielsenIQ, a position held since August 2018. Prior to this role, Lidia spent a decade at Nielsen, progressing through various positions including Director, HR Business Partner for Global Clients, Senior HR Business Partner for Commercial, and HR Business Partner for Commercial. Lidia's career began at Liberty Health as an HR Advisor and continued at Unilever as an HR Generalist. Lidia holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from York University and a Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources Management from Seneca Polytechnic.
