Lisa Ford has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Lisa began their career as an HR Administrator at Oxford and Cherwell Valley College, where they handled recruitment, new starter inductions, and absence management. After that, they worked as a Resourcer at Potensis Ltd.

In 2010, Lisa joined Nielsen and held various roles within the company. Lisa worked as an Organisational Development Coordinator, where they managed learning and development initiatives and launched a Learning Management System for the European region. Lisa then became an Organisation Development and Human Resources Project Manager, overseeing specific projects related to talent acquisition and driving a culture of recruitment that relied on direct sourcing techniques. After that, Lisa served as a Resourcing Manager for the UK and Ireland, implementing recruitment strategies and utilizing social media and digital recruitment technologies.

In 2016, Lisa was promoted to Talent Acquisition Leader for Europe West, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, and in 2018, they became the Strategy Enablement Director for Global Talent Acquisition at Nielsen, responsible for shaping the talent acquisition program and global talent marketing efforts.

In 2019, Lisa joined NielsenIQ as the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition, where they built relationships with business and HR leaders and developed a robust talent strategy. Lisa also served as the Vice President of Recruitment Operations, leading a recruitment operations strategy to attract and hire great talent.

Currently, Lisa holds the position of Senior Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at NielsenIQ, where they continue to oversee global talent acquisition initiatives and strategies.

Lisa Ford has a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies with first-class honors from the University of the West of England, which they obtained from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended Oxford Brookes University from 2009 to 2010, where they earned a Certificate in Management. In 2012, Lisa completed a Prince2 Practitioner certification in Project Management from Hemsley Fraser. Additionally, Lisa attended Henry Box in Witney, Oxon from 2001 to 2003, and Cokethorpe in Witney from 1994 to 2001, but no degrees or fields of study were specified for these periods.
