Shebin Jacob

Shebin Jacob is a seasoned professional in survey programming, data processing, and data analysis, with extensive experience across multiple roles and companies. Currently serving as the Manager of Setup & Delivery at NielsenIQ since February 2021, Shebin is responsible for managing online and offline surveys using various platforms, enhancing response rates, and ensuring data reliability through quality control measures. Prior roles at AC Nielsen and GfK involved spearheading market research surveys, while experience as a Senior Data Analyst and Programmer at the PAN ARAB RESEARCH CENTER included developing device-responsive surveys. Earlier work at J Ray McDermott focused on QA/QC processes, and initial experience as a Software Engineer at K A L S included coordinating project modules. Shebin holds a Master of Science degree in Software Engineering from Periyar University.
