Tom Hotchkiss

Tom Hotchkiss is an experienced professional currently serving as the NGH Agile Tech Team Leader at NielsenIQ since February 2020. In this role, Tom leads a team of Tech Support Agents, leveraging automation and a knowledge library to enhance the client experience for all NielsenIQ Global clients. Prior to this, Tom worked at Nielsen for nearly two decades, holding positions such as Associate Director of BTS Business Technology Partner, where management of over 40 clients in the Beverage Alcohol and CPG industry was a primary responsibility, and Premier Account Manager, serving notable clients like PepsiCo and Tyson Foods. Earlier experience includes roles at Coors Brewing Company, focusing on retail information management and account management, and as a professional athlete with the Toronto Blue Jays in their Minor League system. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Santa Clara University.
