Max Thorne is an experienced engineer with a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Harper Adams University. Currently serving as the Lead Product Engineer at Niftylift Ltd since January 2016, Max is responsible for leading product-level projects and collaborating across engineering departments to meet stakeholder requirements. Previous roles at Niftylift include Senior Power Systems Engineer and Power Systems Engineer, focusing on hydraulic systems and powertrains, ensuring safety compliance, and optimizing performance. Max's earlier experience includes an undergraduate design role at Niftylift and a quality engineering position at JCB, where improvements to quality procedures were made.
