Benedict Itoyah is a seasoned professional in procurement and project management, currently serving as the Manager of the Procurement Department at the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) since January 2020, following a role as Assistant Manager of Projects from 2015 to 2019. Previous experience includes working as a Sales Engineer at Atlas Copco and as a Consultant for the Office of the Special Adviser (Ethics and Values) to the President of Nigeria. Additionally, Benedict held the position of National Admin Officer for the Goodluck Sambo 2011 Presidential Campaign Organisation and served as Managing Partner at SyncState Nig Limited. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain Management from The University of Salford, a Master of Project Management from the University of Lagos, a Master of Business Administration from the National Open University of Nigeria, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
