Ayodele Aburo

Ayodele Aburo currently serves as the Head of Integrated & Corporate Communications at Nigerian Breweries Plc, a position held since November 2023. Previously, Ayodele was the Head of Corporate Communications & Employee Experience at Guinness Nigeria from July 2018 to November 2023, and prior to that, held the role of Sustainability Manager for Ghana & Nigeria at Unilever from March 2014 to July 2018, where responsibilities included leading sustainable business initiatives. Ayodele also worked at Unilever Nigeria as a Management Trainee in the Human Resources Change Unit from May 2012 to February 2014 and began the career as a Customer Care Representative at Globacom Nigeria from June 2010 to April 2012. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from Covenant University and a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Lagos.
