Gafar Raji

Gafar Raji is a Navy Lieutenant with experience in various roles within the Nigerian Navy since May 2018. Gafar served as a Sub Lieutenant and has held positions such as Provost Officer, Safety Officer, and Instructor at the Nigeria Navy Hydrographic School from April 2021 to December 2023, focusing on discipline and safety values among personnel. Prior to this, Gafar was the Assistant Regulating Officer at the Natal Air Base from April 2019 to April 2021, where responsibilities included maintaining discipline and providing actionable intelligence. Gafar’s early experience includes serving as a Watching Keeping Officer aboard a Nigerian Navy Ship and working as an Administrative Officer at the Laraba Institute of Languages. Gafar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from Federal University Lokoja and an Associate's degree in Advanced Detective Course from Nigeria Police Academy. Additionally, Gafar earned a Diploma of Education in Economic/Geography from Emmanuel Alayande College of Education.
