Yazid Lawal Ahmed

Yazid Lawal Ahmed currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Statesman Microfinance Bank and holds the position of Information Technology Project Manager at Fundvine Holdings. With extensive experience in technology leadership, Yazid has successfully modernized IT infrastructure and enhanced digital capabilities across various roles, including Senior Technical Consultant at the Nigerian Television Authority where significant advancements in digital broadcasting were achieved. Additionally, Yazid is the Managing Partner and Chief Technology Officer at FREELENS SYSTEMS LTD, as well as the Chief Technology Officer at Soho Development Foundation. As the Founder of Lumilab, Yazid leads innovation initiatives in Katsina State, while fostering community engagement as the Community Manager for GDG Katsina and serving as a Learning Community Ambassador for Andela. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Al-qalam University Katsina and an International Diploma in Information Technology from Informatics Academy, Singapore.
