Jedediah Greenfield

Jedediah Greenfield has extensive experience in procurement and public administration, currently serving as the Chief Procurement Officer for the City of Houston since August 2006. Responsibilities include overseeing central procurement operations and leading sourcing activities across all City departments. Previous roles within the City of Houston include Interim Chief Procurement Officer, Assistant Director of Houston Public Works, Deputy Assistant Director, and Chief of Staff for the Fleet Management Department, where Jedediah managed significant budgets and procurement activities. Additionally, Jedediah has academic experience as an adjunct professor at the University of Houston Clear Lake, teaching Public Administration and Public Policy courses. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Administration from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Weber State University. Prior experience includes working as a realtor for Smoot Development.
