Amar Naga

Amar heads Nihilent’s North American operations. His responsibilities include accelerating Nihilent’s business growth and strengthening relationships with its clients. With over 24 years of operational excellence experience, Amar helps organizations achieve efficiencies and a competitive edge through technology, process optimization, and delivering high customer satisfaction.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Bangalore University and an Executive Education from Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. Amar is a passionate technology and business leader who brings a wealth of experience and energy that he brings to customers, employees, and improvements of operations while acting as an in-house entrepreneur. He thrives at both setting up new initiatives from scratch and driving turn-around initiatives while achieving incremental improvement.

Amar led several corporate strategic initiatives at both Wipro and TCS with consistent performance in bringing new initiatives and launching strategies to revive struggling units and build new ones. He has managed and built high-performing teams in the UK, Europe, and India. He is passionate about hyper-scaling unstructured and nascent businesses while exceeding expectations.
