Cdr Das Mallya

Cdr. Das Mallya (Retd) heads the Global Human Capital & Resource Management Group (RMG) vertical at Nihilent. He is in charge of managing the entire gamut of HR activities, including talent acquisition, talent management, manpower planning, development of Human Capital, employee engagement and resource management across geographies of India, US, UK, Australia and South Africa.

Cdr Das, a PG Diploma in HR and Operations from IMT Ghaziabad, and a certified Strategic Human Resource professional from IIM Ahmedabad, has over 22 years of diverse experience including management of weapon systems, strategic and perspective planning, administration of large personnel organizations.

At Nihilent, Cdr Das has comprehensive experience in developing HR and Personnel procedures, service standards and operational policies, planning and implementing effective control measures to reduce running costs of the unit in a multi-functional environment across the globe. He is adept at team dynamics, organizational development, maintaining relations with employees across all hierarchical levels in the organization. Also, during his stint as Head of HR, Nihilent Africa, Cdr Das has been instrumental in recruiting South African citizens and launching much respected internship program.
