Timothy Mulieri

Timothy Mulieri has a strong background in finance and accounting, with significant experience in leadership roles. Timothy is currently serving as the Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) at GTT, where they are responsible for all aspects of the company's accounting, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. Prior to joining GTT, Mulieri held various positions at NII Holdings, Inc., including Chief Financial Officer, Vice President & Controller, Principal Accounting Officer, Senior Director & Assistant Controller, Director of Accounting Operations Support and Internal Controls, and Senior Manager of Technical Accounting. Before their time at NII Holdings, Mulieri worked at KPMG as an Audit Senior Manager, where they provided oversight of audit services to multiple SEC registrants and gained experience in financial statements and statutory filings.

Timothy Mulieri pursued their higher education at Virginia Tech, where they obtained both a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from 1998 to 2004 and a Master of Science degree in Accounting from 2004 to 2005.
