Namita Pandey

Namita Pandey has over 20 years of work experience in the field of design, learning solutions, and instructional design. Namita has held various roles at NIIT Limited, including Senior Director - Design since 2022, Principal Learning Designer from 2018 to 2022, and Learning Solutions Architect from 2010 to 2012. Namita has also worked as a Learning Design Architect at Liqvid EnglishEdge from 2017 to 2018 and as an Independent Consultant in instructional design and content solutions from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Design professional at Ireo Pvt Ltd. from 2012 to 2015 and held multiple roles at NIIT Ltd, including Lead Analyst - Learning Content from 2007 to 2010 and Instructional Designer from 2003 to 2007. Namita started their career as a Content Developer at NIIT Ltd in 1999.
