Ritu Aggarwal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the education and technology sectors, currently serving as a Consultant at NatWest Group since April 2023. Ritu has been with NIIT Limited since October 2003, holding various positions including Delivery Manager, Learning Solution Architect, and Senior Development Manager, where responsibilities included project management, mentoring project managers, and overseeing project development. Prior roles involved managing content strategies, presales activities, and developing instructional design for various projects. Ritu's early career at NIIT Limited as a Group Leader and Technical Trainer laid the foundation for a strong background in teaching and technology. Ritu holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) in Information Technology from Lady Shri Ram College for Women and a GNIIT Diploma in Information Technology from NIIT Limited.
