Vivek Kashyap

Vivek Kashyap has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the learning solutions and training industry. Vivek started their career as a Marketing Manager at Punjab Wireless Systems Ltd, where they were responsible for sales and marketing of Radio Telecom Products at the state and regional level. Vivek then joined Tata Interactive Systems, where they held roles such as Business Manager, Production Head, and Deputy Head of Enterprise Application Training Practice. At Tata Interactive Systems, they managed the development of projects, led multi-functional teams, and ensured compliance with ISO CMM Level 5 and TBEM standards. Currently, Vivek is working at NIIT Limited as a Senior Vice President, overseeing the growth and profitability of the business, managing client relationships globally, and analyzing industry trends to redefine business priorities. Overall, their work experience showcases their expertise in providing learning solutions, leading teams, and delivering successful projects.

Vivek Kashyap has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing and Finance from Panjab University, which they obtained from 1988 to 1990. Vivek also has a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, which they acquired from 1984 to 1988. In addition to their formal education, Vivek has obtained several certifications, including an Executive Education Program from the Indian School of Business in October 2023. Vivek has also completed certification programs in Developing Executive Presence, Finding and Retaining High Potentials, and Managing High Potentials from LinkedIn in various years.
