Joanna Dojillo, MSc

Joanna Dojillo, MSc has extensive experience in clinical operations and research. Joanna began their career in 1998 as a Senior Biologist at Dow AgroSciences fomerly Mycogen Corporation, where they identified novel protein targets with insecticidal activity. In 2003, they moved to Elan Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Biologist, where they monitored public literature and post-marketed product safety surveillance databases for safety data. From 2006 to 2013, they worked at SynteractHCR, first as a Senior Project Manager and then as a Data Manager. In this role, they directed broad range of multiple, concurrent clinical projects through all phases for large and small pharmaceutical and biotech companies and developed and designed custom database systems to gather critical primary & secondary endpoint data for each clinical trial program. In 2020, they became the Director of Clinical Operations at Turning Point Therapeutics, followed by a role as Director of Clinical Operations at Ambrx in 2021. Currently, they are the Senior Director of Clinical Operations at NiKang Therapeutics Inc.

Joanna Dojillo, MSc attained their Bachelor's of Science degree in Biology, General from UC Irvine in 1995. Joanna then went on to complete their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Biology / Chemical Ecology from The University of British Columbia in 1998.
