Brittney Nickolas

Brittney Nickolas currently serves as an Operations Product Leader at Nike since November 2022. Prior to this role, Brittney worked at PepsiCo as a System Operations Manager from April 2017 to August 2018 and was employed at Procter & Gamble from July 2012 to April 2017 as a Quality Assurance and EHS Manager (Regional). In the role at Procter & Gamble, Brittney effectively led continuous improvement projects focused on process assessments, conducting baseline analyses, and utilizing various methodologies such as benchmarking and root cause analysis to identify and address operational issues. Brittney earned a Bachelor of Arts in Materials, Planning, and Supply Chain Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona between 2004 and 2009.
