Elise Granados

Elise Granados is a seasoned design professional currently serving as Senior Design Director for Digital Product Design at Nike, where responsibilities include leading the digital design organization for the Nike App, Nike.com, and Nike Membership. Prior to this role, Elise worked at Airbnb as Head of Design for the Community Platform, enhancing the Host experience, and held design leadership positions at Publicis Groupe and AKQA. Elise has been an active speaker at notable events, including SF Design Week and Stanford University’s Women in Design, sharing insights on design leadership and personal career experiences. Elise also contributed to the Adobe Design Achievement Awards as a judge, fostering the development of emerging creators. Elise holds a BFA in Graphic Design with a minor in Photography and Advertising from San Jose State University.
